Observance of English New Year, Bangla New Year and Arabic New Year are all the customs of the jews, christians, fire-worshippers and the mushriks. It is Far’d-Wazib for All Muslims to refrain themselves from celebrating new year’s day.

Allah Pak, our Creator, Possessor and Lord Declares, “Performing Hajj for the Pleasure of Allah Pak, our Creator, Possessor and Lord, is Far’d for those who have the route security, that is, security of their Iman and A’amal (beliefs and practices) and monetary solvency”. Hajj is one of a pillars of Islam, a Far’d ritual to be observed. Those denying it are included among the kaafirs. But only resources do not qualify one for Hajj; it has other terms and conditions.

Donating low quality cheap items in the name of Zakat is harwaam and kufri

Allah Pak Declares, “You shall never earn virtue or satisfaction (of Allah Pak) until you donate your most favourite stuff and Allah Pak is completely Aware of whatever you give out”. Zakat is a Far’d practice and one of a pillars of Islam. Donating low quality cheap items in the name of Zakat is harwaam and kufri for donating such mean items amount to cheating Allah Pak and undermining or mocking the very purpose of Zakat; that’s certainly a kufri. So, Zakat shall never be accepted if poor and sub-standard items are donated; rather sins of kufri would be there. Therefore, shops displaying signboards, reading ‘Zakat items sold here’ should be stopped forthwith because this is a non-Muslim conspiracy of ruining the Zakat, Muslims’ Far’d practice.

The Tarawee Swalat is 20 Rwakat

Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictated, “For you, observing My Sunnah and the Sunnah of the Khulafa-i-Rwashideen and those of Ha’drwat Sahaba-e-Kiram RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhum is a must”. This was practiced by Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Sallam HimSelf, Ha’drwat Khulafa-i-Rwashideen ’Alaihimus Salaam, all Sahaba-e-Kiram RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhum, and later Imaam of all the four Madhaabs, and all Imaam, Mujtahid and Auwlia-e-Kiram Rwa’hmatullahi ’Alaihim that the Tarawee Swalat was offered in 20 Rwakat. Therefore Swalatut Tarawee shall have to be done in 20 Rwakat. Even a single Rwakat less would amount to be a breach of Wajib. Those who advocate of 8 or 12 Rwakat of Tarawee Swalat are not within the Ahle Sunnah wal Jam’ah. Rather they are derailed and part of the 72 reject firqah.

Women Jam’at is imposed restrictions by Umr Ibnul Khwattab ‘Alaihis Salaam

Allah Pak Dictates, “Only the kaafir oppose the Sahaba-e-Kiram RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhum.” Very prominent Sahabi, Ameerul Mu’minin Hadrwat Umr Ibnul Khwattab ‘Alaihis Salaam imposed restrictions on ‘women Jam’at’. Instantly it was supported by Ummul Mu’minin Hadrwat Siddiqa ‘Alaihas Salaam including all other Hadrwat Sahaba-e-Kiram RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhum. Denying this is absolute kufri. Therefore, as per Shariah, it is haraam and kufri for the women to attend any Jam’at in the Masjid or Eidgah for 5 times Swalat or Tarawee, Jum’ua or Eid.

No Muslims could to be married to any non-Muslims

Allah Pak Dictates, “Do not you Muslim males marry the daughters of the mushriks or those of the non-Muslims till such time they accept Iman”. Allah Pak Further Dictates, “Do not you Muslim women get yourself married to the mushrik males or those non-Muslims till such time they accept Iman”. That means Allah Pak Rendered the very decision in Kalamullah Shareef (Qur’an Shareef) that no Muslim males or females could to be married to any non-Muslim males or females.
But the Law Minister has proclaimed rules of nuptial ties between Muslims and non-Muslims as jaeez (permissible) by misinterpreting the ‘Indian Christian Marriage Act of 1872’. Na’oozubillah!
Focal Wali-Allah of this age , Imam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul A’alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh Hadrat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam of Rajarbagh Shareef says, “The ‘marriage acts’ declared by the law Minister on the last 22 April 2012, in the name of the ‘marriage acts of 1872’ of ties between Muslims and non-Muslims has been a complete kufri, harwaam, un-permissible and clear apostasy in views of the Shari’ah.”

The May Day is irrelevant and unnecessary

Allah Pak Dictates, “Fear Allah and do not follow the kaafirs and mushriqs”. Spirit of the May Day is virtually the spirit of democracy of the un-Islamists which is nothing but a spirit of ‘no-religion’ to the Muslims. Fourteen hundred years ago, the interest of the workers was completely preserved in Islam. The widely known ‘May Day’ originated by the jews and christians, is only about 122 years old which failed to ensure the protection of the workers’ interests nor could it offer them any appropriate status. May Day has otherwise degraded he workers as ‘lower class’ elements. The government should cancel the official day-off on this day and instead arrange to have day-offs on days of Islamic values.”

Prime Point of Allah’s attention, Imam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul A’alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah and Mamduh Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee of Rajarbagh Dorbar Shareef, Dhaka, said, “Only Islam had protected the interest of the workers and provided them with due status fourteen hundred years ago. On the other hand, ‘May Day’ or the ‘Workers’ Day’ could not ensure the protection of the workers’ interests nor could it offer them any appropriate status.”Mujaddide A’azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee said, ‘About the toils of the labourers, Allah Pak Declares in Qur’an Shareef, “Verily, We have created people in toil” (Sura Al-Balad, Ayat Shareef 4).

adopting family planning or birth control is conspiracy against the Muslims

Allah Pak Declared, “Allah Pak is solely responsible for the rizq (livelihood) of all the creatures living on earth.” And Hadis Shareef refers that, “Rizq pursues people in a way, the way death hunts people”.
Therefore, adopting family planning or birth control measures for fear of lack of food is sheer kufri since this leads to the denying of Allah Pak as the only provider of livelihood.
Generally, adopting family planning or birth control measures is makruh because that amounts to wastage. One doing wastage is a brother of the satan as has been depicted in the Qur’an Shareef. Many speak of kufri things like reducing number of children owing to their lack of Ilm (knowledge) on Qur’an Shareef and Sunnah Shareef.
It is to be remembered that, it is Far’d–Wajib for every Muslim government to prevent every Muslim man and woman from family planning or birth controls in order to take care of the beliefs, faiths and practices.
