Allah Pak, our Creator, Possessor and Lord Declares, “Performing Hajj for the Pleasure of Allah Pak, our Creator, Possessor and Lord, is Far’d for those who have the route security, that is, security of their Iman and A’amal (beliefs and practices) and monetary solvency”. Hajj is one of a pillars of Islam, a Far’d ritual to be observed. Those denying it are included among the kaafirs. But only resources do not qualify one for Hajj; it has other terms and conditions.
Focal Wali-Allah of this age, Imam and Mujtahid of the century, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul ‘Aalam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh, Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam of Rajarbagh Shareef, Dhaka Says, “Those must do Hajj for whom it is Far’d. Hajj being Far’d yet someone not doing it out of casualness has a chance of dying without Iman. In this regard, Allah Pak, our Creator, Possessor and Lord Declares, “Those who have the route security that is security of Iman and A’amal and has financial abilities, must, for the sake of the satisfaction of Allah Pak, do Hajj”. And Hadis Shareef has the reference that, Ha’drwat Abu Hurayrah Says, ‘Saiyidul Mursalin, Imaamul Mursalin, Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam Delivers in His Khutbah, “Folks! Hajj has been made Far’d for you and so, you (must) do Hajj”.’ (Muslim Shareef)
Mujaddidu A’azwam Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says, “Hajj is not Far’d for everybody and not for all the time either. Rather it becomes Far’d under certain conditions. Like, being Muslim, being adult, remain in good health, have ‘Nisab’ amount of properties (i.e., money or resources to meet up Hajj expenditures, conveyance for the return trip and money for family maintenance), for a woman, a pious ‘Mahram’ to accompany with, besides having ‘Nisab’, have the security of Iman and life enroute, have no worldly or ant-Shari’ah barriers put by a tyrant ruler (like forced photography or harwaam acts under compulsion etc.), and above all, an overall safeguarding of Iman and A’amal or having assurance of not being engaged in anti-Shari’ah activities. That means only resources are not enough to make the Hajj a must. Rather the conditions narrated above must be there besides having resources. Also that someone having resources but do not have the journey security shall not have the Hajj as Far’d.”
Mujaddidu A’azwam Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says, “Now the point is: if Hajj does not become essential due to lack of security of life despite having resources, then how would Hajj also be Far’d while there is no safeguarding of Iman and A’amal and that there are risks of getting involved in harwaam acts? Is life more important than Iman-A’amal and Shari’ah? Certainly Iman-A’amal and Shari’ah are million times more valuable. If during Hajj, someone dies due to lack of life-security, he would get endless benefits and blessings.”
Mujaddidu A’azwam Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says, “Owing to lack of life-security, if someone dies during Hajj, he would get the Sawaab (virtues) of the Hajj and would have ‘salvations’ But Iman and A’amal not being properly safeguarded, if someone dies with a dent in them, he dies without Iman and goes to hell! Na’oozubillah!
Mujaddidu A’azwam Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says, “No harwaam acts may be committed during Hajj or committing such acts, Hajj cannot be performed. This is the decree Rendered by Allah Pak, our Creator, Possessor and Lord. In this regard, Allah Pak, our Creator, Possessor and Lord Decrees, “Those doing Hajj shall not, during the Hajj time, commit any indecent, nasty, fasiqi or insolent acts nor shall they engage in any quarrels or squabbles”. By this Ayah Shareef, it has particularly been meant that during Hajj time, people doing Hajj shall refrain from all kinds of defying or harwaam acts like taking snaps or becoming Hijab-less.”
Mujaddidu A’azwam Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says, “One of the conditions for Hajj to become Far’d is not to get stuck up by any tyrant ruler. Keeping this into considerations, it has been illustrated in Hadis Shareef, as Narrated by Ha’drwat Abu Umama RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhu that Saiyidul Mursalin, Imaamul Mursalin, Khwatamun Nabiyin, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam Declared, “One who does not have any open resistance regarding going for Hajj or that he is not ill or that he has no worldly or Shari’ah hindrances from any tyrant ruler, in such situation if Hajj becomes Far’d for him and he still does not perform that, he dies as a jew or christian”. (Dareemi Shareef). This Hadis Shareef clearly asserts that even if abilities are there, yet Hajj shall not be Far’d while there is an impediment from a tyrant ruler. This also establishes that only resources do not make Hajj a must but there are other terms and conditions to make it so.”
Mujaddidu A’azwam Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says, “The gist is: “Hajj is one of a pillars of Islam, a Far’d ritual to be performed. Those denying it are included among the kaafirs. But only resources do not qualify one for Hajj; there are other terms and condition for Hajj to be Far’d. Therefore when all conditions for doing Hajj is fulfilled, one must perform Hajj. If one still does not do so, becomes a worst sinner and shall be included among the fasiqs. This is what the Shari’ah disposal is.”
